Innovative Restorations is looking for a well-rounded handyman 10 years of experience to lead construction repair/remodel jobs in the Upper Cumberland area. We help with Interior remodeling like Bathrooms, handicapped retrofits and beautification projects! 

We run 2 man crews. Our crew leaders start at $20/hr and work up to $30/hr on average with the possibility of making up to $50/hr, based on performance!

You won’t have to bid work, order materials, market your service or do the bookkeeping. We’ll handle all of that. You just have to use our truck, our insurance, and run your jobs well!

Crew leaders (after 90 days training) get the following

• Health insurance
• Company Truck/van take home rights
• Company fuel card (not your fuel)
• Full schedule without searching for work or scheduling yourself! (we're booked for 5 months all indoor work! )
• Paid vacation (40 hours first year and 64 hours second year! )

• Criminal background check to be clean of felonies and certain misdemeanors
• Clean driving record
• Neat and clean appearance
• Experience that you know what you’re doing in residential home remodeling!
• Can you talk confidently and friendly with a customer?
