Qualifications:

What A Property Manager Needs for Success:

• Must possess an active NC real estate brokers license
• Proven success in demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to encourage a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor in all business interactions, under all circumstances.
• Must be willing to adapt to our company's policies and processes.
• Proficient with personal computers: keyboarding, internet searches, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office; including Word, and Excel.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle (valid license required).
• Willingness to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings, and other work-related activities.
• Available to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/off-hours for emergencies as needed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
