Responsibilities:

• Managing Dell R730 hosts running VMWARE Essentials 8/VCSA and limited VMs
• Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition Administration
• Active Directory Administration (on prem)
• VEEAM Backup & Recovery Management
• Synology NAS storage devices used in 3-2-1 backups
• Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration
• File & Print Server administration
• Fortinet 80F NGFW Appliance Admin and S2S VPNs
• Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (Gateway & limited TS Farm) Administration
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues on all IT infrastructure (endpoints/servers).
• New computer rollouts and updates
• Add/Change Active Directory user accounts.
• Responsible for network printer configuration and support
• Support Cisco Wireless infrastructure in a warehouse / 3PL environment
• Support of Cisco L2/L3 switches
• Inform management of recurring problems
• Stay current with security risks, system information, changes, and updates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AAS/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• MUST HAVE: 3 years of IT Networking, VMWARE Virtualization, and W2K Server Administration experience. No exceptions.
• MUST HAVE: 2 years Hands on Cisco/Fortinet Network Management experience (L2/L3)
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to recognize and respond to security threats;
• IT industry certifications preferred such as CCNA, Microsoft, A , Security , and Network
