Innovative Installations is a member of the Arizona Restaurant Supply Family of Companies and is the leading kitchen equipment installation company in the southwest. Innovative Installations has been in business in Arizona since 2004. We have built our business integrity, quality, and customer relationships. Innovative is currently looking for qualified candidates to join our team of installers. Positions are for immediate start for full-time permanent employment. The schedule is Monday – Friday (hours vary) position with occasional overtime available. 

The job will require a candidate with a can-do attitude. The selected candidate should excel at taking direction and following through on requested tasks. The helper will be assisting the Lead Installer on installations of our equipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with heights, and have a basic working knowledge of tools and commercial construction.

• Familiarity with common hand and power tools
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (most work is in the greater Phoenix area, but occasional out of state travel, & other parts of AZ, may occur)
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds 
• Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Help Install Commercial Kitchen Equipment
• Multi-task with patience and diligence
• Provide & maintain a clean driving record
• Safety awareness & compliance
• All other duties as assigned
• Unload delivery trucks 
• Unpackage and assemble materials

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Must have valid AZ Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day
• Must have verifiable references
