Innovative Installations is Hiring a Commercial Equipment Installer Near Chandler, AZ

We are looking to add motivated team members to expand the Installation division of our business. This is a growing department, and the ideal candidates would work under the direction of the Installation Forman but also be able to work with minimal oversight. The ideal candidates in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an outdoor/job site environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently installing commercial kitchen equipment to company standards.

Innovative Installations is a member of the Arizona Restaurant Supply Family of Companies and is the leading kitchen equipment installation company in the southwest. Innovative Installations has been in business in Arizona since 2004. We have built our business integrity, quality, and customer relationships. Innovative is currently looking for qualified candidates to join our team of installers. Positions are for immediate start for full-time permanent employment. The schedule is Monday - Friday (hours vary) position with occasional overtime available.

Duties and responsibilities:

Receive, uncrate, assemble, build, mount, install commercial food service equipment per manufacturer and customer specifications.
Traveling to construction sites to install commercial kitchen equipment (All travel expenses are covered with per diem included for overnight stays) Travel is approximately 25% of the time.
Preassembling accessories for equipment in the warehouse and in the field.
Loading/Off-Loading trucks and trailers
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, layouts, installation manuals.
Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship.
Communicates effectively and promptly throughout the organization.
Adhere to all company safety standards and protocols.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Maintaining high quality customer service and care
Adhere to construction safety procedures.

Preferred qualifications and abilities include:

Ability to lift heavy equipment regularly and navigate construction job sites.
Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including occasional overnight travel.
Demonstrate Mechanical aptitude.
Basic hand tools are required and are necessary to complete all daily activities.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Capable of reading blueprints helpful but not required, will train.
Forklift experience helpful but not required, will train.
Ability to work outdoors on ladders, and in confined spaces.
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, squat, climb, lift, pull and push frequently.
High school diploma/GED preferred.
2 years of construction industry experience preferred, but not required.
Must be able to lift 70lbs with or without assistance.
Must be able to push 100lbs across the floor.
Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures.
Must be comfortable working in a high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations.
Must be insurable as a driver under company liability insurance (clean driving record)
Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card (Arizona)
