Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining M&R Equipment to produce high-quality products. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate presses according to job specifications
- Monitor production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on presses to keep them in optimal condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Read and interpret work orders
- Handle materials, including loading and unloading onto the press
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in reading work orders
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
- Basic skills for press operation on M&R equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
