We have a unique PART-TIME opening for someone who is passionate about working with students in a structured before and after school environment.

The position is approximately 30 hours per week. Monday through Friday with opportunities to work additional hours during early dismissal and vacation days for candidates who are interested.

As Site Coordinator:

• You will be responsible for the implementation of exemplary before and after-school programming. Overseeing our well-rounded curriculum for students in grades K-5.
• You will work with our Area Director to ensure that licensing requirements are being met.
• You will work with our Curriculum Director to ensure the highest quality programming supporting our focus on Creating Tomorrow’s Innovators Today and the 4Cs: Critical Thinking, Communication, Creativity, and Collaboration.
• You will establish continuous communication with the school administration, parents, and students.
• You will actively participate in facilitating our program, modeling positive student interaction while helping to deliver the curriculum to a small group of students.
• You will interact with students to ensure that they are having fun, are safe, and are learning.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess:

• At least 1 year of classroom experience in education and/or in a structured childcare setting (student teaching will be accepted in lieu of 1-year experience).
• A proven track record of effective team leadership.
• Experience in a school-based environment is preferred.
• A Degree or in process of obtaining a degree in elementary education, teaching, or a related field.
• The ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• An unwavering commitment to children
• CPR and First Aid Certificate (Innovation Learning will provide training on a regular and reoccurring basis for those in need).
• Knowledge of state licensing childcare licensing requirements or a willingness to learn.
