Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Consultant II (Green Power Connection Team) .

As a Business Consultant II (Green Power Connection Team) , you will :

Job Descriptions :

Requests come in from many sources including the phone lines, email, social media, website, through municipal leaders and through regulators.

The customers are on a journey and we are trying to help the customer wherever they are in their green power journey, without necessarily having a script for everything that could come up.

We provide support to customers by answering questions, we provide solar materials and resources including our website and proactive communications, and we coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues that customers have.

• Educating customers about green power options and corresponding programs / services* Includes significant interface with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Support and manage the net metering application and enrollment process as it aligns with the legislative requirements. This includes corresponding and interacting with internal and external groups and customers to ensure customer accounts are appropriately assigned to net metering.
• Monitor, interface, and coordinate activities with internal and external groups to ensure proper meter exchanges, submit billing requests, and completion of the enrollment process.

Correspond with customers to ensure that required forms and agreements are completed and returned by the customer.

Top 3 skills needed :

• Ability to explain technical and complex topics, customized for individual customer understanding.
• A bit of a detective mindset - ability to synthesize information gleaned from multiple systems to determine possible issue, next steps, and path forward.
• Solar / Net Metering / Interconnection knowledge or experience. Understanding of state and federal clean energy programs and incentives.

Must have :

• Strong interest / passion in advancing clean energy technologies
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and listening
• Ability to understand customer perspectives and desire to resolve issues through outstanding customer service.
• College graduate preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience

Specific experience :

• Demonstrated customer service experience, or call center experience
• Solar / Net Metering / Interconnection knowledge or experience
• Comfortable with use of Microsoft Office tools : Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.

The ideal candidate will have : customer service experience and Solar / Net Metering / Interconnection knowledge or experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $51 - $52 per Hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
