As a Customer Relations Associate, you will listen, advise, and problem solve while identifying areas where you can retain customers & secure new customers. In addition, the Customer Relations Associate will actively engage consumers to sell our client's products and services.
Duties:
- Engage customers by building rapport and initiating interactions
- Explain products and services to customers
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Generate interest in new customers and assist with retaining current customers
- Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction on various products and services to customers
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills – building rapport quickly, active listening, and confidence in what you're saying
- Reliable transportation to arrive at work on-time consistently
- Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail
