This position will require onsite presence for a required training and development period, but may have hybrid capabilities after a period of time and competency review.

Purpose of Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator will ensure that patients consistently receive high quality care and support.

Position Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

- Answer all inbound calls for new patients

- Promptly respond to all incoming patient inquires submitted through the “Contact Us” form on the

website

- Coordinate patient appointments and therapies; including scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment

reminders

- Verify personal information to ensure patient documentation is complete and accurate

- Assist patients and caregivers with billing inquiries and payment options

- Serve as a liaison and advocate between patients, caregivers, and medical professionals

- Accommodate patients and caregivers to ensure a positive patient experience

2. Data Collection

- Ensure patient and medical professional data is correct and complete

- Provide clear, concise information as required

3. Administrative

- Maintains secure, accurate, and timely records

- Clearly and consistently document patient information

4. Communication

- Critical thinking

Knowledge and experience

- Patient Care Coordinator experience in Regenerative Medicine setting

- Experience within regenerative medicine and procedures

- Experience with patient care
