Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a warm and friendly environment upon their arrival
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
• Collect and verify patient information accurately, ensuring all necessary details are captured
• Maintain patient records and update information as required
• Assist in managing insurance paperwork and billing processes
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate patient care plans
• Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and inform the appropriate personnel for replenishment
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Contribute to creating a positive and fun atmosphere for both patients and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or phone-related role is preferred
