Position Description:
As a Sales Patient Coordinator at Arizona MedLaser, you will be the frontline representative responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and current patients. Your primary duties encompass consultative sales, patient engagement, and efficient sales process management to ensure exceptional patient experiences and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales:Conduct consultations with prospective patients, actively listening to understand their unique needs, objectives, and concerns.
Educate patients about a wide range of available treatments, procedures, and services.
Develop customized treatment plans and recommendations aligned with individual patient goals and preferences.
Patient Engagement:Serve as the welcoming face of Arizona MedLaser, establishing and nurturing positive relationships with both potential and existing patients.
Responsively address patient inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their peace of mind.
Initiate follow-up communications with leads and inquiries to effectively convert them into scheduled appointments and sales opportunities.
Sales Process Management:Oversee the entire sales process, from the initial contact and consultation to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a seamless and satisfying patient journey.
Diligently record and maintain accurate patient information, treatment plans, and sales activities within our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the medical team to facilitate appointment scheduling, thereby optimizing operational efficiency and patient convenience.
Sales Performance:Strive to meet and exceed established sales targets, unlocking bonuses and incentives tied to your performance.
Continuously update your knowledge of our treatments, industry trends, and competitive landscape to enhance your sales capabilities and provide informed recommendations.
