Job Summary:
A Switchgear Specialist is responsible for managing incoming quotes and bids for customers by providing accurate, competitive, and on-time quotations. A Switchgear Specialist should have 2-5 years of prior experience with switchgear products and should be proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming quotes and bids for customers by providing accurate, competitive, and on-time quotations
Analyze technical schematics and work with customers to suggest compatible product solutions that comply with all project specifications and applicable regulations
Produce bill of materials from drawings, specifications, descriptions, or notes
Provide technical support to customers and team members
Help to ensure accuracy in the interface between client technical schematics and Inline Electric’s system including electrical plans, cable schedules, and other data
Thoroughly understand all product capabilities, features, and benefits as well as market conditions, product warranties, and services
Perform all other duties as assigned by upper management or leadership team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Distribution or a related field is preferred
2-5 years of prior experience with switchgear products is required
No history of drug or alcohol abuse
Valid driver’s license with approved motor vehicle report
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 30lbs. or more
Ability to speak and listen clearly and effectively
