Qualifications:Ø Effective written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Ø Telephone skills.
Ø Basic computer systems.
Ø Typing and filing skills.
Ø Basic knowledge of nursing care terminology and functions.
Ø Ability to accurately interpret and analyze basic cardiac dysrhythmias.
Ø Six (6) months experience working as a CNA preferred.
Ø High School diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
Ø Current California CNA License or EMT License
Ø BLS
Ø Basic dysrhythmia certification preferred, or to be obtained within 6 months of accepting position.
Ø Ability to work in high volume fluctuating census environment.
Ø Subject to many interruptions.
Ø Subject to irregular hours.
Ø Ability to work in fast-paced environment with fluctuating noise levels.
Ø Exposure to combative patients.
Ø Prolonged exposure to LCD screens.
