Job Title: Customer Account Manager
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Business Manager
ROLE:
You will be Inland’s first point of contact with its customers. You will spend most of your time updating customers with their orders’ status, entering POs, providing air traffic control type support for pull-in and push-out requests, and problem-solving missed commitments. You will work with your teammates and supervisor to ensure all customer needs are met. Your people skills, attention to detail, and dedication to unrelenting customer service will be the key to forming strong relationships that keep customers coming back.
