Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our team. As a Junior Associate, you will provide legal administrative support and assist with various tasks related to legal drafting, research, and litigation. Responsibilities:

- Lien negotiations

- Statute compliance

-Subrogation negotiations

-Prelitigation support

- Assist with legal research and writing, including drafting legal documents, memos, and correspondence
- Conduct thorough research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with case management, including organizing files, maintaining calendars, and tracking deadlines
- Collaborate with attorneys and senior associates to prepare for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes
- Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in legal research techniques and the use of Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $45,459.80 - $54,747.29 per year
