Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls, offering professional and helpful assistance.

Maintain organized contact lists and ensure prompt response

Follow instructions to move cases to settlements

Willing to learn and grow with our law firm

Skills:

Proven track record as a legal assistant or legal secretary.

Familiarity with personal injury legal

Understanding of day-to-day operations within a legal office.

Proficient computer skills.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Exceptional secretarial and organizational abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
