Job Summary:
By the Sea Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of General Manager at our location in Panama City Beach, Florida. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospitality and restaurant services. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package and the opportunity for growth within the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Annual salary of $50,000 to $60,000

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of all hotel and restaurant operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
• Monitor and maintain budgets, expenses, and financial records
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
• Working knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations, including revenue management, budgeting, and customer service
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
