Job DescriptionIngram Marine Group has an opening for a Human Resources Business Partner in the Paducah, KY office, reporting to the Human Resources Director. Our environment thrives on collaboration, as this role serves as a consultant on human resources related issues, including investigations, performance management, coaching, development, organizational design and overall people strategy.
We are looking for someone who can develop strong, collaborative business relationships across the organization and serves as the main point of contact for people leaders, and associates at all levels. You will work with senior leaders and assigned client groups to deliver value-added services that are aligned with the business objectives of the company.
