**Job Description**
is hiring for a **Customer Care Coordinator** to contribute to our **Customer Care** team in **LaVergne, TN** just outside Nashville. The Customer Care Coordinator maintains the highest level of knowledge regarding all Ingram policies, services and procedures and for imparting any of this information upon request to any associate. This person becomes the expert on programs and/or functions that are specific to assigned area of responsibility. In this position, you will project a professional, courteous and cooperative attitude to both fellow associates and customers. The Customer Care Coordinator exercises independent judgment to routinely make decisions within the overall objectives set by management.

**Required Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED
* 2 years of experience in a customer support position OR 1 year of experience in an Ingram customer support role
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Performs and processes accurately specific responsibilities which may include ship desk, customer master file maintenance, account set up, special order spreadsheets, programs/services and other related transactions not performed in the call center within defined standards.
* Researches and provides prompt and timely response to escalated customer issues and/or associate inquiries via electronic communications, by phone, or in person
* Makes appropriate decisions when submitting credit adjustments up to $500 on products and up to $500 on freight to resolve discrepancies.
* Maintains high degree of knowledge in the basics of all processes and procedures established in area of responsibility.
* Provides input for improving and streamlining current procedures and becomes actively involved in the planning and implementation of new processes and procedures.
* Serves as liaison and primary contact for various departments and ensures two-way communication.
