Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient picker/packer to join our team in our pharmaceutical warehouse in Columbia, Maryland. This role involves handling, picking, and packing sensitive pharmaceutical products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality control. This is a day shift position (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm) expecting to start at $20/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders from storage areas using digital or paper picking lists.
• Ensure correct handling and transportation of pharmaceutical products to preserve their quality.
• Pack orders securely, preparing them for shipping while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock records.
• Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a related regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
