We are looking to add an HR Data Processing Specialist to our team. This role will support the data entry functions for Human Resource Services in our field operations, including entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HR and payroll-related data. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and maintain employment records such as new hire paperwork, employee transfers, terminations, and other employee data changes.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies timely. Cross audit of employee records entered to maintain data integrity.
• Provide support to other team members within the HR Operations department.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Work in a fast-paced, team environment while meeting required deadlines.
• Follow established procedures in a timely and accurate manner and offer suggestions for process improvements.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers to promote quality customer service. Evaluate, assess, and respond promptly to inquiries through ticketing system and/or phone.

Qualifications:

• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Must be a strong goal-oriented, self-motivated, and an independent hands-on worker
• Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team player
• Work well with others in a team environment while being able to work with an appropriate level of independence.
• ADP Enterprise and/or Kronos Workforce Timekeeper knowledge a plus
• 1-2 years experience with data entry
