We're looking for a pro with solid experience in construction and software, ready to tackle implementation challenges head-on, optimize processes, and ensure smooth operations. Your role involves a mix of technical savvy, problem-solving prowess, and the ability to communicate effectively across the board. Continuous Improvement initiatives will also benefit from your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Implementation: Lead the charge in integrating software solutions with our existing business processes, working closely with Operations and project teams to gather requirements and deliver best in class solutions.
• Expertise & Support: Be the software sage, offering guidance, staying up-to-date with product revisions as well as industry trends. Expanding your knowledge to keep us ahead.
• Optimization & Training: Spot and seize technology-driven opportunities for better efficiency, spearhead Continuous Improvement projects, and educate our team to ensure they're getting the most out of our tools.
• Technical Support: Offer first-line troubleshooting, resolve issues swiftly, and collaborate for complex problem-solving, keeping our operations smooth.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep meticulous records of software setups and insights from data analyses to inform our strategy and decision-making.
• Flexibility: Be ready to take on additional tasks, supporting our team's goals and the broader organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Background in the construction industry preferred.
• Associate degree in computer science, Business Management, or related (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with Operations software solutions.
• Strong project management capabilities, leading implementations end-to-end.
• Exceptional communication skills, bridging the technical and non-technical.
• Analytical thinker with a knack for solving complex problems.
• Skilled in developing training materials and conducting sessions.
• Team player, ready to adapt and collaborate.

Preferred Skills:

• Residency in the Northeast
• Certifications in software or technology fields.
• Knowledge of construction processes and workflows.
• Experience in software-systems integration.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform solutions.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
