T&D Safety Manager 

The T&D Safety Manager is responsible for the overall safety of the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) department. This includes developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety training, and investigating accidents. The T&D Safety Manager also works with other departments to identify and mitigate safety risks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the T&D department
• Conduct safety training for employees in the T&D department
• Investigate accidents and identify safety risks
• Work with other departments to identify and mitigate safety risks
• Monitor safety performance in the T&D department
• Report safety incidents and near misses
• Maintain a safety database
• Represent the T&D department on safety committees and task forces

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in the T&D industry
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
