Substation Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a full-time Substation Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of substation construction and maintenance, as well as experience working with high voltage equipment.

The primary responsibility of the Substation Construction Project Manager will be to manage the construction of new substations and the maintenance of existing substations. This will include overseeing the work of substation construction crews, as well as managing the budget and schedule for each project.

The Substation Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all substations are built and maintained in accordance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety procedures and will be able to ensure that the worksite is safe for all employees.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience working in the substation construction industry. Experience working with high voltage equipment is essential.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to have strong leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of substation construction workers, so you will need to be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve success. You will also need to be able to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
