As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects by taking charge of multiple job sites, subcontractors, safety protocols, and productivity standards.

Your responsibilities will include site supervision, subcontractor management, safety compliance, and effective communication.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management preferred; High School diploma required.

· Minimum of five years' experience in site supervision and project management within residential construction.

· Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.

· Self-motivated individual with high energy and a commitment to excellence.

· Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a focus on doing what is right.

· Exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to creating an outstanding customer experience.

· Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
