InfoWest is looking to fill a full-time position in our St George office.

Duties will include: Sales, customer service, and billing.

Sales commissions in addition to hourly wage.

The person we will hire for this job must be CUSTOMER CARE ORIENTED and a SELF STARTER with excellent ATTENDANCE and ENGAGEMENT.

Job responsibilities include:

• Support sales and service personnel by speaking with customers on the phone and in-person to provide pricing, obtain and place service orders.
• Enter customer account information, notes, and appointment information into our customer billing and support software applications.
• Send and respond to customer emails.
• Assist sales and service personnel in the fulfillment of customer needs.
• Receptionist, billing and bookkeeping duties as needed.
• Other responsibilities to be determined.

Job requirements are:

Requirements include having a caring attitude towards customer needs and expectations, positive mental attitude, a willingness to learn our systems and express positive ways to improve our systems, have superb written and verbal communication, phone skills and the ability and willingness to handle customer objections or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Some Saturdays required. Saturdays 10am to 2pm. We are closed Sundays. Must have good computer skills including Internet, and Microsoft applications.
