Job Details

Job Title: Product Manager (Data Science Background)

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long-Term

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders and domain specialists to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into actionable use cases and product requirements.
  • Need to have worked on Data Science Background
  • Need to have experience in Health Care domain
  • Collaborate with the data science team to identify, prioritize, and develop data science products that address key business opportunities and challenges.
  • Lead the full development lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Manage all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap planning in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to team members, stakeholders, and domain specialists.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product development and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience running Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ability to ideate, innovate, and drive the development of data science solutions to complex business problems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, and data processing frameworks like Databricks.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
