Job Description:

• Responsible for interior space management projects including planning, design, layout and utilization of space giving appropriate attention to the organization's expectations regarding future operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares plans for allocation and utilization of space.
• Develops concepts and supervises the design and fabrication of new equipment, furniture and furnishings; collaborates with manufacturers in the preparation of custom made equipment, arranges for cost estimates for equipment, furniture, furnishings, and other building appurtenances and decor.
• Prepares required plans and specifications for bidding documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant curriculum; Architecture, Facility Management or Interior Design.
• 3-5 years of architectural/facilities planning experience under the direct supervision of an architect, related professional, or at a large scale corporation environment.
• Proficient operation of CADD Micro Station system.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
