Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Commercial Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for commercial spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop design concepts that align with their vision.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design
- Source materials and furnishings that meet the client's budget and design requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the installation of designs and provide guidance to contractors as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with commercial experience or similar role
- Proficient in using design software such as Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, Bluebeam, Revit
- Experience in commercial spaces, and space planning is necessary.
