Shift Timings : - 2nd Shift -(3:00 PM to 11:30 PM)
- 1st Shift -(6:45 AM to 3:15 PM)

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH OPERATING AT LEAST 2 OF THESE MACHINES - Setting up and loading programs for metalwork machinery including Vela Punch Press, EMK 3612 punch press, EHRT HC40 copper punch, EHRT HC80 copper punch, EHRT EB-40, Not looking for a button pusher but someone who can load and program info into the machines

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
• Constructing base templates if necessary.
• Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
• Setting up and loading programs for metalwork machinery including Vela Punch Press, EMK 3612 punch press, EHRT HC40 copper punch, EHRT HC80 copper punch, EHRT EB-40 copper bender, drill presses, and Amada Press brake.
• Double-check design specifications before commencing with cutting work.
• Fabricating and constructing metal components.
• Grinding and finishing completed products.
• Performing quality checks on completed products.
• Conforming with state and company safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a metal fabricator.
• Follow facility safety requirements.
• Ability to enter programs and set up Vela Punch Press, EMK 3612 punch press, EHRT HC40 copper punch, EHRT HC80 copper punch, EHRT EB-40 copper bender, drill presses, and Amada Press brake.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted and heavier weights as a team lift.
• Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Forklift experience
• Ability to stand for 10 hours.
• Ability to operate basic tools.
• High School Education or GED equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
