Inspecting Machinery

• Regularly inspect machinery for any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction.
• This includes checking various components such as belts, gears, motors, bearings, and lubrication systems.

Lubricating Moving Parts

• Apply lubricants to moving parts to reduce friction and prevent wear.
• Proper lubrication helps extend the lifespan of machinery and ensures smooth operation.

Calibrating Equipment

• Calibrate machinery to maintain accuracy and precision in operation.
• This is particularly important for machinery used in manufacturing or production processes where precise measurements are required.

Recording Maintenance Activities

• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, replacements, and tests performed.
• This documentation helps track the condition of machinery over time and identify any recurring issues.
