Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Pay Rate: $21.25 to $25/HR
Duration: 6 months
Location: Boston, MA
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Knowledge of logistics, packaging, rigging, and any other aspect of shipping needed.
- Packaging of all equipment, parts, and shipments per the documented process and WIs currently in place for this BC.
- Setting up LTL or FTL shipments with our core carriers, completing all paperwork, quotes, computer transactions, and record keeping of all shipping transactions.
- Handling all freight carrier issues including freight claims, supplier interface, and performance tracking.
- Multi-modal transport experience: Vessel, air, and truck Routing guide updating and evaluation.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $21.25 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
