Job Title - LPN
Location - Derry, NH
Facility Name - Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center
Shift - Nights 8 hrs
Hours per week - 40 hrs
Duration - 13 Weeks Contract
Certification Required- LPN NH license, BLS (AHA) and COVID Card
Experience - 2 year as LPN
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Standard shift:
- Night shift
Supplemental schedule:
- Overtime
Weekly schedule:
- 4x10
- 5x8
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- LPN: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- NH state license (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Derry, NH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: On the road
