Title: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay: Negotiable (starting at $70/hr)

Target Start Date: June 24th, 2024

Shift: 9 am - 5:30 pm

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 year of experience required in Hospital setting.
• Required skills include; Contrast Agents, M-Mode, Pharm Stress Echo's, RIT/RVOT, and TEE.
• Preferred skills include; Pediatric Echo, 3/D Echo, Bubble Study, and Treadmill Stress Echo's.

Certifications:

• BLS
• ARRT-Sonography, RDMS-AB

Job Description:

• Evaluated and analyzed all data for changes in cardiac rhythm, patient's condition, and patient's comfort level during Stress Echocardiograms.
• Performed Adult Transesophageal echo's under supervision of the cardiologist.
• Utilize Doppler technologies including continuous wave, pulsed wave and color Doppler technologies to assess velocities of blood flow, stenosis and regurgitation.
• Observed stress echoes including exercise and pharmacological stress tests.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $72.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 5x8
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Experience:

• Hospital: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• North Providence, RI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
