Info-Matrix Corporation is Hiring a Business Analyst (multiple positions) Near Camp Hill, PA

Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking several Business Analysts to join our team! These will be full-time opportunities. The Business Analyst will work under direct supervision of the Project Manager but will also work independently to elicit information from stakeholders, subject matter experts, and various project teams. The ability to maintain effective working relationships is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Run requirements sessions with multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Run visioning workshops to develop a To Be functional overview of the solution.
  • Document functional and technical requirements for a business system that will support licensing processes.
  • Review and document business process workflows and re-engineer processes.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis between As-Is and To-Be processes and solutions.
  • Prepare detailed requirements specifications.
  • Facilitate the Deliverables Review and Acceptance process.
  • Analyze legislation, policy, technical specifications and other business documentation (i.e., RFPs, RFP Responses, Statements of Work, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Working knowledge of project management methods and techniques.
  • Knowledge of systems analysis principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret written and numerical information.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working with Commonwealth agencies (preferred)
  • Prior experience with large enterprise system implementations.
  • Ability to gather, correlate, and analyze facts for devising solutions to problems and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to develop written reports, charts, graphs, presentations, and other correspondence.
  • Advanced skills using MS-Office suite (Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Experience with documents management or digital records projects a plus.
  • CBAP certification (preferred)
Requirements
  • Experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
  • Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
  • Exceptional analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to systems issues and products as required
  • Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts
