As a Lead Software Developer at INflow Federal, you'll be at the heart of our mission to empower DoD customers with cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team in the development, evaluation, and optimization of software programs and applications, particularly those built on PHP and SharePoint, ensuring alignment with the latest industry standards and organizational goals.
• Preparing for a strategic migration to modern frameworks, conduct requirements engineering, solutions engineering, and systems integration with a focus on modernizing existing PHP and SharePoint-based systems to modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Spearhead the transition from legacy systems to modern front-end frameworks, advocating for best practices in software design and scalable architecture.
• Engage in requirements engineering, solution architecture, and systems integration, with a significant emphasis on adopting new technologies (e.g. Angular or React) to enhance user interfaces and user experiences.
• Mentor junior engineers in cutting-edge technologies and best practices, ensuring the team is proficient in a range of frameworks and languages suited to our evolving technological landscape.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, incorporating modern DevSecOps practices and agile methodologies to deliver robust, maintainable, and high-quality software.
• Lead the team in strategic technical planning, performance engineering, risk management, and the design of intuitive, scalable user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, consistent user experience, and alignment with the overall technological strategy of migrating to modern frameworks.
• Continuously assess, test, and implement new technologies to stay ahead of software development trends, ensuring the team is ready to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.

Required Skills:

• 8 years of experience in software development, with substantial experience as a Senior Developer and Technical Team Lead.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong foundation in PHP, SharePoint, and a demonstrable ability to transition to and utilize modern frameworks
• Experience migrating from PHP to modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js.
• Proficient in modern software development practices, including DevSecOps, Continuous Integration (CI/CD), and agile methodologies.
• Experienced in leading the development and deployment of large-scale web applications, with a keen understanding of user experience, performance optimization, and front-end development.
• Ability to mentor and lead a development team, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and a passion for embracing new technologies.

• Active DoD TS/SCI (with ability to obtain CI poly)
