Infinity Wellness is Hiring a Full-Time Fitness Specialist Near Auburn, AL

We’re looking to hire one (1) top-tier personal trainer to join our elite team of coaches.

Infinity Wellness is looking for an exceptional personal trainer to join our team of highly educated and motivated fitness professionals. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those around them by taking a holistic, prescriptive approach that incorporates resistance training, cardiovascular training, nutritional guidance, and genuine care.

We’re looking for one dynamic, driven, detail-oriented individual to “get on the bus” with a growing fitness training and sport performance company that is “changing the game.”

Here’s the deal, we transform people’s lives. We’re serious about our fitness & our methodology, in fact, we’re on a first-name basis with some of the biggest names in the industry (don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know).

We’re here to help transform lives (maybe yours!) and give fun, dedicated, driven Auburn & Opelika people some of the best jobs in the fitness industry.

What’s In It For You?

Other than coaching at the top private personal training facility around, our program is designed to fully develop you to become one of the best coaches / leaders in any organization.

Our goal is to help turn you into the top 1% of coaches ANYWHERE once you finish our curriculum as part of your apprenticeship – your success means just as much to us as it does to you.

As a coach at Infinity Wellness, all you have to do is train. There's no sales required, which means instead of having to hustle potential clients on the training floor all day long, you can focus on doing what you love to do - COACH.

Every Coaching Position Starts With A 60-Day Paid Apprenticeship / Probationary Period

We’re protective of our people (both our clients AND our team of “employees”), and incredibly protective of the pretty amazing culture we’ve developed here.

This means we do more than look at a resume to determine if you’re a fit.

If you’re a driven, ambitious, future high performer – this should excite you! You’ll be working with awesome, like-minded individuals that know how to have a blast… not with someone who passed a joke of an exam after a weekend workshop that was more of a test of whether or not their credit card was valid than if they’re ready to coach actual humans.

The 60-day paid apprenticeship period is a ramp up period where we put you through our intensive coaching curriculum and get you ready for the “show”.

If we’re not a fit to work together, we can part as friends… If we are, you’ll be ready to be a full-fledged member of the team by the end of your apprenticeship.

IF…

If you’re looking for a quick buck as you take some time to look for your dream job elsewhere, this isn’t the position for you… But if you’re competitive, looking for an opportunity to grow, and want to make an impact on people’s lives every single day, this just may be the shot you’ve been looking for.

How This Works:

Candidates that make it through our initial process (email/cover letter/resume, phone interview, in person interview(s), and more) will enter into a 60-day coaching apprenticeship.

Frankly, it’s not the easiest process to get through. We aren’t looking for your run-of-the-mill “big box gym” clipboard holder “they” call a personal trainer, cool?

We’re looking for someone that gets GIDDY about the idea of watching awesome people hit their goals–whether it’s helping a once frustrated soccer mom lose 20 pounds or helping an athlete make varsity, you’re PUMPED about the idea of playing a part in other people’s progress.

We maintain a small coaching team & our philosophy is to create CAREERS in this industry for great people who fit our culture. This means giving you full-time hours, better than average pay, opportunity to grow and develop, and opportunity to contribute outside the x’s and o’s of training for the right candidates.

How To Apply:

I’m looking to find the right person relatively quickly – If this career path sounds good to you, then follow these instructions to the letter:
