5. **Pipeline Management:** Keep track of the pipeline to prevent project delays and ensure timely completion.
6. **Appointment Scheduling:** Schedule appointments with customers for final paperwork sign-off, payment collection, and other necessary interactions.
7. **Documentation:** Prepare project documentation for construction teams and maintain organized filing systems.
8. **Office Operations:** Organize and maintain office operations and procedures, including filing systems.
9. **Meeting Coordination:** Coordinate and maintain meeting notes for various branch and corporate meetings.
10. **Order Management:** Ensure Order Management and Accounting Departments have necessary project details for invoicing.

**Qualification Requirements:**

- High School Graduate or GED
**Experience:**
- 2-4 years of previous project administration or field construction experience
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use;
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and have a clean driving record
