Description The ideal property manager must be able to manage a portfolio of properties and possess strong leadership and customer service skills in dealing with residents, board members, and vendors. This position will be responsible for enforcing regulations, preparing budgets, processing financial matters, and attending board meetings (day or evening). This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and able to speak in front of large groups. Responsibilities •Oversees and acts as the primary liaison with the Association's Board of Directors and homeowners •Oversees the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures •Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement •Ensure Infinity Management tools and reports are being effectively utilized including but not limited to maintenance calendar, financial summaries, delinquency, compliance, etc •Review monthly financial reports and summaries •Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the Association's Board of Directors and committees on items that need attention within the community •Set up, attend, and facilitate Board meetings •Prepare Board packages according to company standards •Assist the Board of Directors/Architectural Review Board with the architectural review process and/or routine inspections as necessary •Coordinate and/or oversee inspection of building facilities and/or common areas and arrange appropriate follow-up actions as required •Conduct walks of the communities as required in the management contract Qualifications •Two years of homeowners association management experience •High School Diploma or GED required •Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service •Some weekend and evening hours required •Basic understanding of MS Office •Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
