Birmingham Roast is Hiring a Barista and Cashier Near Birmingham, MI
Birmingham Roast, a busy cafe concept located in lovely Birmingham, MI is looking to add a couple of new friendly faces to our team! Our ideal candidate would have an interest in specialty coffee, have at least two years retail experience, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in coffee preferred, but willing to train the right candidate if they have a great attitude and willingness to learn!
***Starting wage includes tips, starting hourly is 10-12, dependent on experience, and with tips the job will pay 15-18.
Shifts vary from 7am-2,8-3, 9-5, 2-730pm. Saturday availibility required
Hiring part time position
Duties include
-Welcoming guests into the cafe, and informing them of all products available, and providing expert recommendations
-Preparing coffee, tea based drinks
-Food and drink running
-Light Cleaning
-Washing dishes
-Working in a fast paced environment
