Infinity Healthcare Consulting is Hiring a Human Resource Specialist Skilled Nursing Near Chicago, IL

Now hiring for a Human Resources.

The purpose of this position is to provide the facility human resource functions including employee recruitment, retention, benefits administration and personnel policies as well as processing bi-weekly payroll. The ideal candidate for this position is an outgoing, self-starter with the ability to multitask. Experience as a human resources manager in long term care is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an effective, organized, efficient payroll system to meet the needs of the facility.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, complete payroll reports on a timely basis as required.
  • Reconcile time cards
  • Keep informed in all local, state and federal requirements related to payroll record keeping and human resources
  • Maintain accurate, neat, organized employee files in accordance to federal regulations.
  • Act as a liaison to the employees and administration.
  • Conduct human services in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the corporation in compliance with federal, state, and local government.
  • Enforce facility personnel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain facility/group medical and ancillary insurances.
  • Maintain accurate OSHA files in accordance to current regulations.
  • Organize and conduct general orientation
  • Recruit staff from a variety of avenues
  • Set-up and conduct first step interviews with potential employees
  • Track retention of staff
  • Come up with retention plans and follow through on ideas
  • Attend monthly QA meetings
  • Handling of RFMS, assist BOMĀ
