The key responsibilities for Recruiter role are:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source and retain top-tier candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure candidates meet not only the technical requirements but also our company values and culture.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting and staffing experience
- Strong desire to communicate with people, understand people, and screen people based on our Core Values and job requirement
- Must be able to work in our Fort Lauderdal office.
