**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner

- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups

- Maintain accurate patient records and information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

- Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally

- Verify insurance coverage and process billing information

- Assist with medical office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
