Infinity Behavior is Hiring a NOW HIRING FULL TIME In-Home Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Near Kissimmee, FL

We are Infinity Behavior! We provide services in Greater Orlando Area including Orange County, Kissimmee, Seminole County, Osceola and Downtown Orlando. At Infinity, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BCBAs to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy to children with autism. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and families, and a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.

We are looking for a BCaBA for our Kissimmee (Osceola County) clients!

Responsibilities:

  • The direct oversight, planning, implementation, case supervision and evaluation of assigned clients
  • Supervision and training of RBT staff
  • Creating and modification of client programs as necessary to ensure the client's learning/behavioral needs are being met
  • Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, as warranted
  • Completion and submission of assessment and authorization reports to Clinical Director for review
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress
  • Provide training and support to families

Qualifications:

  • Board certification as a BCaBA, current and valid license
  • 1 years of experience providing ABA therapy
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
