About us

Bright Futures Care BFZ, Inc is an agency located in Florida founded in 2021 with the idea of being able to commit to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to improve appropriate behaviors and skill acquisition which will result in increasing the quality of life of the children we serve and of their families and caregivers who support them. During this time, we have been working with Medicaid insurance and providing services in the Kissimmee, St Cloud, and South Orlando areas.

We speak Spanish and English.

We have excelled since its inception in providing ABA therapy services to teach skills and reduce behaviors in settings in which the child is familiar, such as schools, homes, and communities. In addition, we will be providing services in a center as well. Within our policies, caregivers, parents, and teachers are actively included in the planning and delivery of all services. Individualized family orientation and training plans are created that best adapt to the needs of the members of the environment where the child develops.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development.
- Supervise behavior technicians during one-on-one therapy in various settings and provide them with tools and skills to influence each client.
- Supervise BCaBAs.
- Train and provide guidance to parents, caregivers, and other team members on implementing behavior plans and strategies.

-Cultivate a culture of compassion, communication, excellence, creativity, and reliability.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

- Language: Spanish, English, or bilingual.

Pay: From $75.00 per hour
