Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes and managing plant personnel.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production strategies to meet company objectives
- Supervise plant operations and monitor production KPIs
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and oversee supply chain activities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency
- Provide leadership and guidance to plant staff

Experience:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of production management, lean principles, and quality control practices
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot mechanical components
- Proficiency in production planning and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams towards common goals
