Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, support, and guidance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competition to identify product improvements or new offerings.
  • Uphold organization standards to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Attend factory training to enhance professional and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and recondition construction, municipal, and highway-related heavy equipment and components.
  • Represent the company positively in appearance, conduct, and while operating company vehicles.
  • Perform large diesel engine repair and servicing, hydraulic systems repair, and electrical systems repair for construction equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Trade school degree or industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' full-time heavy equipment experience.
  • Clean driving record; CDL preferred but not necessary.
  • Possess a suitable set of hand tools for job responsibilities.
