Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Skills: - Strong knowledge of electronics sales and technology products - Proficient in retail math and cash handling procedures - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Basic math skills for handling transactions - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets We offer competitive pay and benefits, including employee discounts on products.
