Trauma Level: 2

Qualifications:

• Less than a year of med-surg experience.
• Allscripts EMR
• BLS certification
• LPN license in OK

• Level II Trauma Center: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)
• LPN license in Oklahoma (Required)
